Books to look out for

In 2008 I was was selected for the QWC/Hachette Livre Manuscript Development course. I spent an amazing week in Queensland hanging out with seven other aspiring authors while being metored by the lovely team from Hachette Livre Australia and the great people from the QWC.

Three of the authors I met that week have books being released in Australia in the coming weeks.

Look out for Philippa Fiorett's second book Fragment of Dreams, the sequel to last year's wonderful release The Book of Love.

The delightful Favel Parrett's debut novel is out in May. Look for Past the Shallows in bookstores everywhere.

The final release will be Christopher Currie's Ottoman Motel. You may have seen or heard of Chris who proposed to his fiance in the book dedication. A great fellow and a true romantic.

I completely forgot I started this blog all those years ago...and now WOW here it is, still floating around in the ether...

I came onto blogger to set up a cooking and food blog but perhaps it's a sign from the universe that I need to be running them in tandem...I'm never one to argue with the universe so I guess that's what I had better do.
